Tasha Dickinson, a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, is a firm shareholder who is admitted to practice in both Florida and North Carolina. She is the Past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (State of Florida, 2009-2010) and a past Co-Chair and Member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee (2006-2012). She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee of The Florida Bar and sits on the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (Co-Vice Chair of the Estate and Tax Planning Committee and Vice Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee). She also serves as Co-Vice Chair of the Emotional and Psychological Issues Committee of the Non-Tax Estate Planning Group of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.
