Mr. Kitroser is the founder and managing attorney of Kitroser & Associates, a law firm focusing on Guardianship, Elder Law, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Medicaid Planning, Special Needs Planning, including formation of Special Needs Trusts, Real Estate purchases and sales, Small Business Formation and Representation, Emergency Planning and End of Life Planning. The practice also assists personal injury attorneys with Wrongful Death Litigation and Catastrophic Injury Litigation.
A 1982 graduate of St. John's University School of Law, Mr. Kitroser worked as an associate handling real estate and civil litigation matters at the beginning of his legal career. He then accepted a position as confidential law clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard A. Goldberg with whom he worked for 11 years. Mr. Kitroser relocated to Palm Beach County in 1995, serving as Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's office from April, 1995 through December, 2000. Mr. Kitroser opened his own law firm in December, 2000 and now employs three others attorneys along with a number of support staff, all dedicated to assisting families with their legal issues.
Mr. Kitroser is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating for an attorney. He is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Real Property and Trusts Section of the Florida Bar, The Elder Law Section of the Palm Beach County Bar and is an affiliate member of the Florida State Guardianship Association. In addition to being licensed in Florida, he is also admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado. Mr. Kitroser is married with two children and is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
