Keith B. Braun is a partner in the Palm Beach Gardens law firm of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Michigan and advises many law firms in Northern states on Florida issues. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), whose practice areas include estate planning, probate, trust administration, post-mortem planning, Florida domicile planning, Florida homestead planning, Florida documentary stamp tax planning and tax-exempt and not-for-profit organizations.
Andrew R. Comiter is a Partner of the regional tax law firm Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP. Andrew received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2003, a Masters of Taxation from Florida Atlantic University in 2004, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of law in 2008 with a Certificate in Estates and Trusts Practice. He went on to receive his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2009. The focus of Andrew’s practice is federal taxation of partnerships, s-corporations, and limited liability companies; business transactions; income and estate tax planning; probate; and trust, estate and guardianship litigation. Andrew is a member of the Florida Bar since 2009 and is a member of the Tax; Real Property, Probate & Trust Law; and Business Law Sections of the Florida Bar. Andrew is the Business Law Section representative to the Family Trust Company Subcommittee of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
Richard B. Comiter is the senior partner of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP, a Florida regional tax law firm. He provides counsel to high net worth individuals and families focusing on income, estate and gift tax planning and assists business owners on how to most effectively pass their ownership interests from one generation to the next. The focus of Mr. Comiter’s practice is federal income and estate tax planning, partnership and limited liability company state law, structuring of business transactions for pass-through entities, succession and wealth transfer planning, probate and asset protection. Mr. Comiter was awarded a B.S.B.A. with Honors from the University of Florida and earned a M.S.M. in Tax Accounting from Florida International University. Mr. Comiter received his Juris Doctor, with Honors, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Levin College of Law and was the Chairman of its Planned Giving Task Force. He is also a member of Florida Blue Key.
