Join fellow Council members on December 13th from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Wilmington Trust for a virtual webinar presented by NAEPC. Beverages and light snacks will be provided. Continuing education credit is available for Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designees only. LIMITED to the first 20 registrants.
This intermediate session will address some key issues that high net worth individuals with cross border assets encounter. We will speak about cross border tax implications of various asset structures including the impact of foreign tax credits, the foreign tax credit limitation rules and the recent foreign tax credit regulations. We will also address some of the key challenges of US high net worth Individuals living overseas.
Speaker Chaya Siegfried, CPA, MST, is a Lead Partner in the International Tax Services Group at Withum. Chaya has extensive experience in working with High Net Worth Individuals planning and structuring their cross border assets and addressing the related compliance needs. She is an expert in Foreign Tax Credit, Controlled Foreign Corporations, Passive Foreign Investment Companies and cross border trusts.
