James B. Davis is an equity shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of Gunster and is Chair of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group. He received his B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University. He has passed the Certified Public Accountant examination. He focuses his practice on ERISA and Employee Benefits, Corporate, Business Taxation, Health Care Law, and Estate Planning. He is admitted to The Florida and Texas Bars. He has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer since 1983.
