Andrew R. Comiter, J.D., LL.M.
Andrew R. Comiter is a Partner of Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP. Andrew received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 2003, a Masters of Taxation from Florida Atlantic University in 2004, and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Certificate in Estates and Trusts Practice. He went on to receive his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 2009.
The focus of Andrew’s practice is federal taxation of partnerships, s-corporations, and limited liability companies; mergers and acquisitions; business transactions; income and estate tax planning; probate; and trust, estate and guardianship litigation. Andrew is a member of the Florida Bar since 2009 and is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Business Law Sections; and a member of the Tax Section Executive Committee of the Florida Bar.
